The other day I was watching the morning news, and Ann curry took 45 seconds off from reporting about the urgent reverse-Elian Gonzales crisis in Brazil to let me know that North Korea was threatening to “rain nuclear fire down on the US”. Thanks for the update, Ann. Nice of you to fit that in.
Am I the only one who is terrified that (a) the craziest dictator since Marshall Applewhite has nuclear weapons and (b) he is already planning a missile test attempting to hit Hawaii? How does this not get more coverage. Sure I’m gonna miss Michael Jackson (and his Jesus juice), but I’m a little more concerned about that whole explosion-hotter-than-the-sun thing. It would be awesome if the news actually had some news in it. Scary scary scary.
